The State of Michigan’s Road and Infrastructure System

Hear from the key lawmakers, local and state officials about the state of Michigan’s road and infrastructure system. Is Michigan providing adequate funding? Did the latest road funding package passed by the Michigan Legislature fit the bill? Is the state doing enough to make critical investments to the infrastructure systems under our feet?
A panel of individuals with varying perspectives has been invited. The panel will take questions from the moderator and the audience to share perspectives and ideas in a conversational format.
When: March 20, 2018 from 8:00 am to 9:30 am (note the time change)
Where: Michigan Chamber of Commerce offices, 600 S Walnut St, Lansing, MI 48933
Breakfast will be served.
Panelists include:
Sen. Tom Casperson – Sen. Casperson chairs the Senate Transportation & Infrastructure Committee.
Rep. Triston Cole – Rep. Cole chairs the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee
Kirk Steudle – Steudle is Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation.
