Directors & Trustees
The Citizens Research Council of Michigan is an organization of Michigan citizens with a Council of Trustees that can have as many as 60 members, which comprises the membership of the nonprofit corporation. The Council of Trustees annually elects a Board of Directors of up to 35 members, which is the active policy-making body of the organization. The Board of Directors adopts policies, selects the President, establishes the research agenda, approves the budget, and exercises general oversight.

Council of Trustees
The Council of Trustees, consisting of up to 60 members, constitutes the membership of the Citizens Research Council of Michigan. The Council of Trustees consists of highly respected individuals that currently or formerly represent corporations, foundations, colleges and universities, and other respected institutions throughout Michigan.
