The most frequently requested CRC publication continues to be the “Tax Outline,” a desk-top reference to the Michigan’s state and local tax system. The 19th edition describes state and local taxes levied in Michigan and summarizes the tax laws enacted by the Legislature between January 1, 1995 and August 1, 1997.
